4. Cross-Campaign Learning & Anonymized Insights

Important: To improve our AI recommendations for all users, we extract anonymized learnings from A/B test results. This process:

  • Removes all identifying information - no user IDs, campaign names, or exact ad copy is stored in learnings
  • Aggregates metrics as ranges - e.g., "CTR improved 15-25%" rather than exact values
  • Categorizes insights broadly - learnings are tagged by industry category only (e.g., "saas", "ecommerce")
  • Uses AI to generalize - insights are rewritten to be generic, actionable patterns

By using our service, you consent to this anonymized data sharing as outlined in our Terms of Service. You may opt out of contributing to shared learnings in your account settings, though this will limit access to insights from other users' campaigns.

5. Data Retention

  • Raw Campaign Metrics: Retained for 367 days in compliance with Reddit Business Tool Terms, then automatically deleted
  • Anonymized Learnings: Retained indefinitely as they contain no personally identifiable information
  • Account Data: Retained while your account is active and for 30 days after deletion request

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encryption of data in transit (TLS) and at rest
  • Secure OAuth token storage
  • Regular security audits
  • Access controls and authentication

7. Third-Party Services
